Scaffold is mainly composed of base plate, base, upright, large cross bar, small cross bar, slant support, throw bracing, cross bracing, wall connecting rod, bottom sweeping rod and scaffold board. The functions of each component are as follows:
Pole: Vertical to the ground, it is the main load-bearing member that transfers the load to the foundation through the base and cushion plate.
Large horizontal bar: parallel to the wall, connected to the upright as a whole, transmitting loads.
Small crossbar: perpendicular to the wall, directly bearing the load of the scaffold board and transmitting it to the large crossbar, connecting the inner and outer scaffolding bodies in the double row scaffold.
Slant support and diagonal bracing: prevent the shelf from tilting and enhance the overall stability. The slant support is obliquely crossed with the upright pole, and the diagonal bracing is a cross diagonal pole.
Wall connecting rod: connects the scaffold to the main structure, bearing wind loads and loads caused by uneven settlement.
Scaffold board: laid on small horizontal bars, directly bearing construction loads.
Classification method
By purpose: masonry scaffolding, decoration scaffolding, installation scaffolding, formwork support frame, etc.
According to the installation location: external scaffolding (such as floor standing, cantilever), internal scaffolding (such as mobile, full hall scaffolding).
According to materials: wooden scaffolding, bamboo scaffolding, metal scaffolding (such as steel pipe scaffolding).
According to the construction form: pole type, frame type (portal frame), bridge type, suspended type, hanging type, cantilever type, lifting type, etc.
According to the support method: floor standing and cantilever scaffolding.
