installation sequence
Strictly adhere to the principle of "layered excavation, support before excavation", and closely coordinate the installation of supports with earthwork excavation.
When excavating to within 0.5 meters below the design elevation of the steel support, timely weld the purlins and install the supports.
Pre stressing application
Apply pre force immediately after support installation, using a gantry crane in conjunction with a hydraulic jack, and apply it in stages according to the designed axial force.
For example, the standard segment design pre force is: 200KN for the first layer, 400KN for the second layer, and 400KN for the third layer.
Node Connection
The splicing of steel support components adopts high-strength bolt connections to reduce node deformation.
The eccentric distance of the support installation must be less than 20 millimeters, and the deflection should not exceed 1/1000 of the support length.
Monitoring and maintenance
Install an axial force meter to monitor changes in the supporting axial force in real time, and promptly apply additional force when prestress loss or deformation of the enclosure structure is detected.
When the temperature difference between day and night is too large and causes loss of prestress, it should be increased to the design value during low temperature periods.
